Adhyatmn Edutech ("we", "us", "our") is a CBSE coaching institute for Classes 8–12, located at 882 Mahaveer Nagar 2nd, Kota, Rajasthan. This policy applies to our website (www.adhyatmn.com), our mobile app, and any related services we offer to students and parents.

We do not knowingly collect more information than is needed to run classes, track academic progress, process payments, and improve our teaching. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health records, religion, or biometric data.
3.How we use this information
- To respond to demo class and admission enquiries
- To conduct classes, share notes, and run tests
- To track attendance, test scores, and share progress with parents
- To process fee payments and send payment receipts
- To respond to doubts submitted through AI Guru
- To send important updates by WhatsApp, SMS, or call (class schedules, results, fee reminders)
- To improve our courses, notes, and the app based on how they are used
4.AI Guru (AI doubt-solving feature)
When you ask a question to AI Guru, your question is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate an answer. We do not knowingly ask students to share personal information through this feature, and we recommend not typing personal details into doubt questions. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy terms as our service provider; we do not sell or share this content for advertising.
5.Payments
Fee and notes payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or UPI apps). We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords — these are handled directly and securely by the payment provider. We keep a record of the payment amount and status for accounting and receipts.
6.Sharing of information
We do not sell student or parent data to advertisers or third parties. We may share information only with:
- Parents or guardians of the student (attendance, results, fee status)
- Service providers who help us run the app or process payments (e.g. hosting providers, payment gateways, the AI service used by AI Guru)
- Government or education authorities, if required by law
7.Data storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to staff who need it to do their work. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
8.Children's privacy
Our services are designed for school students in Classes 8–12, many of whom are minors. We collect student information with the involvement of parents/guardians during admission, and parents can contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information. We do not knowingly use children's data for third-party advertising.
9.Your choices and rights
- You can ask us what information we hold about your child and request corrections
- You can ask us to delete your data, subject to our need to keep basic records (e.g. for fee/legal purposes)
- You can opt out of promotional WhatsApp/SMS messages by telling us directly — service-related messages (attendance, results, fee dues) may still be sent
- You can stop using the app or website at any time
10.Cookies (website)
Our website may use basic cookies to remember simple preferences and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.
